My child has fever since last night and he us keep crying.I gave him a dose of paracip but he is still very warm

My baby who has not completed 2 year, having problem while passing stool. Previously she bleeds less, and crys more,Dr. Said it's due to hard stool. Then she been suggested to take laxatives, but she not get relief. The she been suggested MOUT. Only 2daus medicine sckiped and she bleeds about 10 ml with 1 clot. Digest where I get right diagnosis

Hi, my son who is nine years old, has vomited twice within a span of two hours. I gave him 5 ml of Emecet syrup the first time he vomited. After he vomited again the second time, I have given him Domstal 6.5 ml. In between, he passed motions which was normal, but kept complaining about feeling dizzy. He's finding it difficult to sleep.
