Child Health Issues

I'm a mother of 3 months old baby from udaipur. Recently I visited Mumbai and went to a pediatrician for his 10th week vaccination. She said that child is looking healthy and pink that means hemoglobin is normal but she prescribed calcium and D3 tablets for him, saying that it is essential to give these for atleast one year. And doctors from udaipur government hospital gave only multivitamin drops. I don't feel like giving vitamins at this age so didn't give him that too. Please consult whether I should give vitamin tablets or not and why it is important to give calcium and d3 at an early age?

Medicine nizonide three days, bifilac five days, z&D 14DAYS given from today mrg she got 107 temperature dctr told to continue same medicine with calpol, neftal, taxim o cv still fever s thr I want to know is this okay and noissues

Hello Doctor, My 7 days old baby went for motion thrice in last half an hour .it seems to be loose motion.He is formula fed and manual pump breast fed from mother.Does he need any medicines right now? Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance.
