Child Health Issues

My son is already a one year and 3 months old. But still he wont eat. I introduced solid foods to him by 6 months but he doesn't have interest in eating. Im afraid he is malnourished. Some advice?

Hello Doctor, I have 6 months old twin babies. Both r taking breastfeed and bottle feed ( nestle pre nan) as they born with low birth weight. As they turned 6 month I started nan2  but one of my son started mucuosy stool with little redness in it. Doctor told to do stool examination then he found lactose intolerance.he suggested zerolac powder for him still there no relief.what should I do?
