My 3 years old son motion going on 3 or 4days once in tight and hard motion ,he was very tierd and tears .please sir / madam that problem relief any best treatment, thanks lot.

Give more water and fibers diet if very hard stools.actually at this age tendency for very less water intakes lead to all this.consult pediatrician
