Child Health Issues

My son (infant) is teething and since last 3 days is having loose motion. Today he vomited twice mostly whitish color post milk. He is also refusing to eat food and eating less. Activity & sleeping is normal. Please suggest any medication or special care. He stays mostly indoors and only goes out in evening for a stroll once the sun is set.

Today from morning after waking up from sleep, observed sticky eyes of my 4 yr old. Eyes getting sticky as in morning Evey half an hour. Not sure why it's so though no pain or redness in eyes.

I have syncope problem and it is increasing day by day from last 1-2 years I am suffering from this problem

My baby was born on 10/05/2017. These days he's crying frequently at an interval of 1-2 hours. For last 2 days , he's not sleeping just after feeding and gets irritated/cry . Also ,he's having cold which gets detected by hearing his chocked nostrils during cry.

My baby boy who is 5 month old got rash on neck.. initially we observed rash in neck line then it spreaded around the neck and it is tooo reddish and felt itching i think. Looks like spreads on his back too.. we are applying coconut oil and baby powder to keep dry.. What to we do to avoid rash. Is this serious one. Or need to consult doctor.

My son who is 4yrs old now,has been diagnosed with this myoclonic jerks since he was 8 months old.. he was prescribed epilex . And after he was 2.8yrs whenever he plays for more than 10 minutes or goes without food for long time he gets lethargic ,shaky ,cries a lot at that time and goes drowsy. And this condition happened a lot.. The jerks stopped and it occur about his 3yrs so doctor asked to his epilex syrub.. Only the tiredness ,shakiness persists till now.. have done many tests everything seems normal.. again after 1yr he had the jerk today morning.. whom can I consult ?? What is this condition. ?? Could u help us with this
