My son 1 yr old badly motion pus cell is 8 10 Rd blood cell 1 2 hpf so what give to eat plz he is not having food only milk

My baby is 7 month old I have given her taxim in day instead of night...morning n afternoon time interval of dosage is 4 hours...Is it okk...or have to consult her to doc

My kid was suffering from fever on 16th June and consulted doctor...he was advised to continue medicine calpol and additional he was given meftal..he completed his dose yesterday night...he was ok till today noon..after he woke up from sleep at one o clock Said head ache...also he had temperature of 99.1..he also as lil cough since yesterday...
