Whatever he has vomiting since night
Vomiting frequently since night......including water also not sure what affected... After vomit he is getting too tired.... Sleep immediately. Too tired.

Please consult your pediatrician on priority basis as child looks sick and dehydrated may need to give him IV fluids and antibiotics if required. He need blood and urine, stool examination on urgent basis
