Doctor you had mentioned something else in the prescription but the pharmacist gave me augmed 625. Is that the right one?

She has diarrhea & vomiting for last 3 days. Diarrhea ochre in color with watery milk solids consistency with some mucus. Diarrhea 3-4/day & vomiting 1-2/day. Onset sudden with 102 fever. now intermittent 99f. Only giving breastmilk, h2o, & ors. (Veg,no egg/dairy) vomits solid food. Liquids fine. no sign of dehyd. Should I give probiotics? Ideas?
