Child Health Issues

My 6-year-old child has been constantly suffering from a constant severe headache and vomits. This has been happening for the past week.

She do bedwetting almost every day basis and her age as shown above is 9 yr. plz suggest some medicine for this and no other problem she has. and sometime she felt shy for this

My baby, she is 4.5 months old and is around 5.5kg. she is having gas problem along with that doesn't have proper potty. She stuggles for the I feel. Kindly give me a solution.

I have an year old son and this is regarding his health. He is passing loose stools multiple times from past 3 days. The colour is something I am not worried about as it was always yellowish. It is however loose and sticky. This is happening since Sunday and thrice each day. Yesterday he didn't have this problem and he passed normal tight tubish stool once and today he already passed loose ones twice since morning (9AM now). Please help. Thanks.

5 days ago my 9 months old baby fell down having bump on head , we consulted child specialist he told to do CT scan . After CT scan he told having crack on right side of head , He told to do icing and consult to neurologist. Here is his attached, CT scan report. Please review it.

My daughter has pricked her left big toe on a small nail it has made a dent in the toe but there is no blood. I am unsure of the procedures I need to take and if I should be worried about tetanus. I don't think she's had the vaccine in the last 5 years.
