Child Health Issues

Hello.. My son is 2.5 years old.. He says only one word at a time..  Doesn't try to form a sentence.. He doesn't even call us MAA n PAA.. We speak Tamil and he watch alot of English rhymes.. We put him in school he is nurscery now.. It's been 2 weeks now.. He can say only few words like cow cat dog ball car etc. He keep mumbling in his own language.. We r worried alot. He is very smart in everything else.. Can u anyone help me Thank you in advance

My child is in fever today but started shivering after 10 hrs of fever . But now he is sleeping. It seems he is hiding and pretended to be well enough to avoid medicine.

I have read n heard this that we should not take bath right after having food.. is it true? Bcaz this is usually happen that I have to give bath to my baby after meals as she ruins her clothes while having food. Please help

Weight is constant 17 kg only from last 3 years for my 8 years son. We have tried forcing him to eat but seems he doesn't feel hunger

I've been having these spasms for quite some time now. I'm fully awake and aware during then but I'll randomly start seizing briefly.

My daughter afraid to go to school in these days. When I dropped her in school she will make any health problem( like headache, omitting tendancy ) and come back home. She studying in 3rd standared. Some children talking to her about gost . Her teacher also told me about these .. I donot Know what I do, 2 years before we lost her father .

Bed wet age 13 years boy on regular basis earlier it was not so but as of now its become a regural habit
