We did culture test and got wet mount 60-70/hpf,few baxilli seen,colony count is 10^5 colony forming unit/ml.reports are all sensitive except Ampicilin which is greater than 16 and result is resistant

Niece has fever. Given her norufen(iboprofen) 5mg. Taken at 3 o clock cus she had fever. It went away n came bak at 9 pm n got fever agen 38,3. Tuk another satchet 5mg at 9.30. Checked her temp at 10.40 its 38,5. She has gone sleep but still very warm and am not supposed to give another dose til after 4 hours in betwen. Dont know what to do now?
