Child Health Issues

My child is of age 2months 10days, he going to motion for every day he is going for every 4-5days. what is the reason for him for not going every day.is there any solution. Can we give him lactogen in that case how much lactogen should I give him. I am giving him sufficient breast milk still he is not going to motion daily

My 3 yrs old kid has got hives n red rashes all over his body with soiling on hand and leg for the last 10 days. i have been consulting allopathy doctor. My baby is of 5 mth he is on bottle feed n we are feeding him packet milk since his born.. .  born weight was 3 kg n now its around 7..... he is having diarrhea from last 4 days.. I consulted my ped. He said to give zinc dry powder for suspension & Econorm powder but still there is no control... When today again I consult he said till u dont stop giving bottle this will happen... Since born we r giving by bottle only previously there was no such issue... I m not the only lady who is giving milk by bottle I use to sterlise bottle everytime whenever I give milk.. Pls doctors suggest me wht should I do.. Is there any homemade remedy for this? Should I change my ped.? Pls reply ASAP
