My son suffering from fever 3 days and his fever up and down every 2 to 3 hours . He is 5 years old

My girl child is 9+ years having 45kg ,for reducing her weight I am giving one glass of warm water to her in every morning and before sleeping in the night time.is it good for her health?plz suggest me.

Hello Doctor, My 8 months old baby is suffering from loose motions from 3 days, Doctor has suggested us 'Doralac sachets' twice a day. Her water intake is very less and Elders of my family have feed her the sweet Corn (peeled) and the Dry raisins (daily some 2 to 3), is this a cause for loose motions? can we feed her Cerelac and ragi porridge?

Hi, my baby is two and half months old,  I've started formula feeding from one month due to low breastmilk production. Now Im breastfeeding her only twice a day and my breastmilk seem to be very watery and the quantity of it is also very less. My baby vomits curd like milk immediately after breastfeeding  (it doesn't happen with the formula milk) . Does it mean that there is a problem with my breastmilk ? I mean has my breastmilk become sour or something?
