My 56 day old kid is vomited through nose and mouth twice yesterday and today.Is it a serious problem,when I can address a doctor.please provide your valuable suggestions.

My baby is 7 months old and he has 103°F fever. Also, he is making 'hmmm' sound while breathing. I have given him 'Sumo L' (paracetamol) 0.5ml. He has started taking external food but still takes breastfeeding. The place where I am staying right now, it is raining heavily. Please suggest what should be fed to him and do I need to give some anti biotics?

My son has a bruise on his ribs, the bruise itself has a pea sized lump in the middle. he may have fallen, but i'm not 100%, the bruise is now yellow.
