Child Health Issues

My child getting fever regularly since last year.when we have done blood test the report was saying he is having blood infection one of the doctor said he is having slight nuemonia.I changed 5 doctors in year everyone is saying that boy is having weak immune so he is getting fever regularly.i am worried about my child by constant using of paracetam

My nephew is very slow learner in studies. He turned 7 recently, he cannot speak clearly and unable to write alphabets properly. I took him to a doctor and he tested his IQ and it was around 82 which he said is below average. Apart from studies he is active in everything. His energy levels are always high in other work. For example:- playing with a random chord and lost in his imaginations. He is very inclined towards sports and enjoys his time in park but he hardly recognise the right or wrong while playing and get injured most of the time. His father (my brother) beats him everyday and sometimes it's brutal which will only add adverse impact on this little kid. I'm not sure what this problem is and how to rectify it. Hi,My son is 5 years old & weighs 20 kg.He had 102 degree fever from past two days with throat & ear pain.And because of that he is not eating anything. Today in the evening,he was bitten by mosquito & I think that was dengue(black&white spots)mosquito.Do I have to worry as his immune is low right now.he is on Augmentin DDS,EPHEDREX and ibugesic.

My 10 months old son had fever and cold since yesterday night. His nose is choked and running too. He has difficulty in breathing and 98 degree Fahrenheit temperature. He lost his apatite and became very cranky.
