Is it ok to feed our newborn baby CALCIUM infused ORANGE JUICE (100% pure) instead of infant formula???

Hi , I need to consult good doctor either in the field of psychology or Audiology... My son underline problem is that he is having delayed speech at the age of 3 and don't speak much words... we also been informed that he might have some behavioural issues and advised to undergo ADHD test.. Hence I need some opinion which doctor can assist us in such case.

My son is having skin infection in hands and legs. Small dots all over his hand and legs. Very itchy. Checked with all good doctors but still no improvement. Some said it may be UV allergy, same said it's common etc etc but so far kid is suffering from itching.

My child (75days old) having Direct Bilirubin 0.7as it was before 0.4 and total raised from 5.2 to 5.3. When he was 60 days old he is gone through LFT test which was quite normal.
