How do I gain weight without medicines I am 12 years old and I have 28kg please tell me something I can gain weight within one month

Dear Sir, By Mistake I gave my son 2 days ago an over dose of Mephaquin 250mg, that i give him weekly as a prvention from Malaria, as we are expats living in west Africa, my son is 4 years old and weighs 16kg, i usually give hime 1/3 a pill, by listake 48 hrs ago i gave him 1/5 a pill. last night i noticed unvoluntarily movement in his head and stammering when he talks, it lasted for 30 minutes. this morning, he woke up Ok, but it came back again for 3 minutes. please advise what can i do. thx

My 7 year old niece is suffering fron Typhoid with high fever of 103 -104 and today her blood report showed a haemoglobin count of 5.9. please suggest immediate action. The pediatrician has today given some sodium drips and injection to lower down the fever but it is still 101 few hours back. BUT I am very much concerned about the low Hb count.

Hi my daughter of 9 months old is suffering form caugh, fever n thought infection. Due to this she is referred for blood test n urine analysis. Blood tests r normal no problem. But in urine analysis report its shown as below Pus cells : 6-8/hpf Epithelial cells : 2-3/hpf RBC : Nil/hpf Cast : pus cells cast seen Crystal : Absent Others : Bacteria seen Due to pus cells , cast & others (Bacteria seen) referred for culture & sensitivity And urine test.
