Child Health Issues

Due to unavailability of medicine in my locality, I am getting delay in 3rd dose of IPV vaccination for my baby. She was supposed to get it in the 1st week of this month, but i may have to wait for another week. Is there any problem if I do so? I however have followed the time schedule of other vaccinations carefully.

1 month old baby was crying for a long time in the morning. Discharged foamy potty 5-6 times. Urinating normal. Temperature normal. Was not taking complete breast feed at once and was awake for long time as compared to other days. After giving 1/2 spoon gripe water, she discharged potty with sounds and taken likely complete feed and now sleeping.

My 7 month and 10 days old son is suffering from above mentioned symptoms from more than 15 days, i have visited 3 to 4 doctors but there is no improvement in his condition, when i visoted fifth doctor he directly told us that he had pneumonia and suggested for blood and x ray examinations. Is it fever, coughing and running nose are the enough confounding factor to diagnose pneumonia. Pls reply ASAP.

My daughter usually suffer with cold thrice a week... She was even on nebulizartion for few days... She was also admitted in hospital for 7days due to chest congestion and pneumonia. We have consulted a homeopathy doctor at my home down... When she has this medicibe when and where required she get cured... But again after 5 days she gets cold... We have still not seen her cured from cold.. She has suffered a lot due to nasal and chest congestion...
