My 2.5yrs old daughter is on antibiitics from past 3days.she is been suffering from bad viral fever..today she passed blak stool ..sud i b worried

My 5years old daughter have been having fever since last 2 days today morning she having pain in both legs she can't move please tell me the problem.

I have a quarry for my baby, Vaccines are should be always kept in between 2 to 8°C temperature. Otherwise may loss its predispositions. Is it correct? if yes why?
