Cold and fever to 10 months old
My 10 months old son had fever and cold since yesterday night. His nose is choked and running too. He has difficulty in breathing and 98 degree Fahrenheit temperature. He lost his apatite and became very cranky.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. Fever is temperature more than 99.5 °F. For his runny nose give nasal saline drops before every feed. Appetite will be back to normal in a weeks time. Meanwhile you may offer plenty of fluids and fruit juice to get hydration.
