My daughter is 8 month and 1 week. Her report says low haemoglobin 4.88 and Severe microcytic hypochromic aneamia. What to be done please doctors suggest me the correct thing

My daughter is suffering loose motion and having stomach pain since last 4 days. This is the third time coming in last 6 months. After taking tablets it will stop after 10 days. Stool (Culture & Sensitivity ) test and CBP test have done but nothing is there in tests. One doctor advised for Colonoscopy & Endoscopy. She is taking daily Thyronorm 37.5Mcg medicines.
