Hi. My 11month old son has fever of around 100-101 from past 2days. Today he did loose motions 6times. Last week he had few bacteria detected in his urine so antibiotic zifi was given for a week. Today again I got his urine tested bacteria came negative but Pus cells are 2-4. What should be done.?

Hi Doctor, I am a bit concern about my child whose age is 2 years and 5 months, He can speak some of his favorite word such as Blue, Bye, Three but hardly 10-15 words.
