My son is suffering from high fever( 102.5) and when we are sponging him.. It's reducing to 100.2/3.. Do we need to give meftal p or we can keep giving Crocin DS 3.5ml 6th hourly... Please advise

His temperament in uncontrollable, his sleep has decreased as well as his eating habits. Neuro can’t get him in for 1-2 months
