  4. Kids fever. 6th hourly. please advise!

My son is suffering from high fever( 102.5) and when we are sponging him.. It's reducing to 100.2/3.. Do we need to give meftal p or we can keep giving Crocin DS 3.5ml 6th hourly... Please advise
