Safe to give baby/infant neocitran
I have a 16 month old and a 5 month old (preemie so corrected age 3 months) they both have rsv and bronculitis. It breaks my heart to see them crying in pain from coughing having fevers n sore throat not eating trouble breathing ect.. My question is.... is it safe to give my babies a little bit of neocitran?if not is there something that will sooth their throats n make them more comfy
I have tried baby Vicks,baby Tylenol,baby nasal drops, teaspoon of honey for 16 month old and steamy bathroom

Dont give neocitran randomly to such small babies
U may give them nebulisation with plain normal saline
Consult doc before any self medications for smal babies
