Child Health Issues

My 3 month old baby gets extremely cranky at night and screams at the top of his lungs. Sometimes he's up from 12-6 in the morning crying and screaming. He's well fed and nappy is changed every 2-3 hours. What might be the problem? I have used colic acid drops, but it didn't help either. Baby is healthy and weighs about 6.6kgs

Hi my baby is around 3.5 months and Haas frequent stomach and passes painful gasses. He is 4.5 kilos, and only drinks 30-40 and very rarely 60 ml milk. He is bottle fed Aptamil gold formula. What needs to be done about the pain?

Can we use  woodpressed coconut or groundnut oils  for 10 month old baby food ? Any other suggestions on cooking oils please ?

On medication for cold and cough (Prospan 2.5ml thrice a day, Pedinova 2.5ml twice a day since 22.06.2024) Bevon drops 0.5ml daily. Ragi porridge 3 times a day. Nothing new given. But only today this colour came. Please guide.

Hello dr. My son is 20 months old. He speaks only 2/3 words. Very rarely He is vry active in running. Walking physicly he is fit.He eats well sleep well. Happy baby. Everything is fine Health wise. But he don't 't fllow comands . I'm very much worried about him. He can hear properly but he don't follow or understand what I'm talking to him. Please suggest me what to do I'm worried.
