My son 10 yrs old (weight 23.9 kg) is having high grade fever for past two days... also having vomiting.
Gave vomikind syrup.
First two times vomiting was in normal color.
But yesterday vomit was like brown in color.
He did not have any food yesterday which was brown in color.
Is it any emergency?? Or matters of concern??
Thank you

Brown colour suggests altered blood from GIT. Kindly consult pediatrician and confirm it is due to altered blood and if required further evaluation needs to be done
Next Steps
Take a picture of the vomitus
