High grade fever 7 yrs old
Fever Armpit temp 102.7 ,7 yrs old girl. Mh daughter suddenly started having fever in evening today it was 100.6 and we gave her paracetamol after it went down ...we measured temp around 1 am today in after 6 hrs the temp was 102.7 we gave paracetamol again but temp has hardly reduced we sponging her for now...what cud be the reason for sudden high temp and how to get it down

Fevers are due to infection. Continue paracetamol 6 hourly and sponging. Consult doctor if fevers are persistently high
