My baby is 2 months old.. for the past 2 to 3 days sometimes his right eye is watery even tears roll out and has white discharge . What's the reason ? What to do ?

Orange coloured poop today afternoon. Photo attached. Baby 6 months , 5.5kg in weight. On medication for cold and cough (Prospan 2.5ml thrice a day, Pedinova 2.5ml twice a day since 22.06.2024) Bevon drops 0.5ml daily. Ragi porridge 3 times a day. Nothing new given. But only today this colour came. Please guide.

Hello dr. My son is 20 months old. He speaks only 2/3 words. Very rarely He is vry active in running. Walking physicly he is fit.He eats well sleep well. Happy baby. Everything is fine Health wise. But he don't 't fllow comands . I'm very much worried about him. He can hear properly but he don't follow or understand what I'm talking to him. Please suggest me what to do I'm worried.

Hi, My 3 month baby had blood and mucus in stool doc prescribed probiotics and zinc. Can it be cured without antibiotics and only with probiotics and zinc? Please help. Should I take a second opinion?
