Can Mefetal p be given to 2 year kid after opening the bottle for 6 months? My child's fever is not going even after giving paracetamol. Can I give Meftal P? The bottle is opened 6 months ago- will it cause any harm?

Yes you can give.. Better to give pcm +ibuprofen if high grade fever For better result
