There is small circular white mark on face for my 1 yr old son. I used 'Derma Dew' cream. But I don't see any improvement as the mark is not diminishing!

My daughter is just 3 weeks old n weighing about 3.5 kgs. She is suffering from cough n nose congestion. Doctor suggested Maxtra syrup 2 drops in morning n 2 drops in evening, kindly suggest if the dose is enough and also need to know how can we get rid of the chest congestion feeling. Hi! My one month old son have amoebiasis and had his antibiotics.. After 7 days, we have his stool checked and the amoeba is gone. 1 week later, we had his stool checked again due to stomach cramps and foul smell poop. Result is fat globules :occasional/lpf. What does it mean? My son is fed mixed, formula and breastmilk. More on formula due to low breastmilk production.
