My baby is 15month old with fevergo syrup can i give ibugesic once his temperature is 101.1

Hello ma'am. My boy is 11/2 month old he is not passes motion regularly. What is the reason ?give suggestions what type of remidies have to take .plz help me

My son has cold for the past 2 days. He couldn't sleep well last night due to blocked nose and cough. At the same time he is also making a wheezing sound when he is breathing.

Baby is  1month 12 days old. She grunts toi much in sleep. Makes groaning sounds. Pulls her legs up. Stretches them as well. Passes gas sometimes. Rubs her face.somwtimes spits bubbles. She does this mostly in her sleep with every 5min gap. While doing this her face becomes red with tears in her eyes. I dont see her sleeping deeply. She is only on breastfeed. My 24 day old daughter has not slept for 15 hours. My wife is feeding her. She is not crying or any issues as such. Only concern we have is she has not slept for 15 hrs. Is this normal. Since today is a Sunday her peditician is it available.

My baby is 1.5 months old. At birth doctor gave her zincovit drop and vitamin d3 syrup. But my question is it is written on the syrup packing "Once opened used within one month" what does that mean as the syrup is not finished. Should I purchase new bottle or continue the same.
