Nobody can confirm typhoid by this report. Widal test is not a confirmatory test for typhoid. Moreover it depends on clinical picture and history of patient like long duration fever.
In Indian condition most of the time if this is the report with fever of more than 5-7 days this may be very much suggestive of typhoid
