My baby is 7 months old , around 7.5kgs. having fever which is not subsiding with paracetamol. Gave him 100mg in a span of 4hrs. What dosage of ibugesic plus can we give?

My 3 yrs kid, speaking only 3 or 4 words, eye contact maintain partially or poor, he can't response when we cal with his name,other activates are good like eating his own and waking, running, playing with my family members, i already concerned ENT and audiologist they are suggested speech therapy

My in laws are insisting to add  pure castor oil drops in to eyes of our baby. I am not sure of the benefits but they claim to be beneficial. Please can you let me know if it is harmful so that I can explain and make them stop.

My daughter 2.6yrs old, missed pneumo coagle vaccine 2nd and 3rd dose bcz of frequent cold n cough. Immunity levels are very less due to that she eats plastic and threads aswell. our pediatrician said we can give now pneumo cogle poly sacharide which missed at early stages . Please advise if we take vaccination is there any improvement for this problem suggest me if it true.thanks
