My daughter 3.5 yr old having high fever since yesterday evening. We have given her mental p once and paracetamol twice since yesterday but fever is coming again and it is 101.6 now. please suggest me what to do since today is holiday festival and doctor will not be available

My son having vomiting from last two days so I given Vomistop syp 5ml morning and evening to him. Day before yesterday I not given medicine in the evening again started vomiting immediately but every time one vomit he did. Now from 4 clock he is suffering from head ache starts from the right eye and started crying after 1 hour he did vomit again.
