Child Health Issues

My Child 8month having more loose motion When he drink milk and food sudden happen loose motion but when he drink electral with water then not happen loose motion. Loose motion is like liquid​ fluid, i mean watery motion. I already give Normet Syp Nutrolin B Syp Enteroflora Suspension but Not relief. What should I do.

Hi, My 2.5 months baby is passing grey stool from 1 week. Hez on Formula feed from birth. No previous issues other than weight, now he is 4.4 kg. His 6 weeks vaccination was delayed bcoz of weight. We have done LFT,abdomen scan and still test.. all came normal but his grey color stool didn't stop and it has odur. Giving him Nan exella pro milk powder. I am so worried abt his poop color,have taken second opinion and doctor said we  have to wait and watch. pls advise wat to do and is there anything to worry. Attached piks for reference. My wife has eaten fennel seeds tea during lactation in lagre quantities for two weeks without knowing it's harmful effects in babies...my baby is 2months old now we r worried as we came to know from searching on net dt it could cause neurotoxicity in babies... My baby is vomiting from 10 pm today. He has vomited 4-5 times. It started when my wife was feeding him (paste of rice and daal). He was crying when he was vomiting. Also, he passed stools 5-6 times in a day. The stool was normal. After breastfeeding now he is slept. Please help. Is this medical emergency? Thanks.
