Child Health Issues

Hello sir/Mam my 2 year kid suffered from viral fever 1 week ago on doctors prescription we had given him Calpol and antibiotics,after that fever got down but now again today after a week again he got fever can I give same medicine or do we need to consult paediatrician again,also any blood test required for him.can you please suggest me.

Hi My daughter is 6 years old. She has fever since Saturday (5 days). She gets fever (102) twice a day ... usually during lunch and dinner. She doesn't have runny nose or body ache. She is active when fever is not there. I visited a paedeitrican and she sugested calpol 250 mg. I am giving her that but still no remission. Is it a matter of concern?

Widal test titre o: 1:160 , titre H: 1:160. Getting high temperature with shivering every 6hours. kid age 5yr 11 mnths typhoid vaccine given in July '17 Please confirm if it is considered typhoid?

My 2.5 yrs child is having vomit nd loose motion.m giving her vomisave and oflox syrup from last 3 days bt no recovery is there...

My daughter is 1 month old.Since she was 5 days old she is having upto 8-13 watery stools in a day which are frothy and she developed mild perianal rash which is being treated with Siloderm ointment.But within 8-9 days when rash was noticed, rash got severe  from mild .Then Dr. advised to stop breastfeed, as he suspected rash due to acidic stools, and start Zerolac for 6 days, due to  which stool started forming,no froth, and stool count was reduced to 1.And her rash also got better and skin started healing. Dr. advised to start breastfeed exclusively again.And on starting breastfeed her stool pattern went to watery and frothy again with daily stool count of 6+ and perianal rash again appeared.As previously rash got severe skin on butts are still in healing stage. Stool test was done and reaction parameter was found to be 6 and stool reducing substance was absent. I don't understand if she is not able to digest breastmilk or she is having allergic reaction to breastmilk contents.

Every two or three days my baby boy is vompting how to i controll it. I used dizatation syrup also there no use. Is there any better suggition to controll it

My son is 5 year old. We went out of station journey for 3 days and came back on today (5 March). Since 4 march my son having fever with headache and temperature risen up to102' F. We are giving crocin ds syrup in every 6 hours interval to subside the temp as fever came back. Can you pls suggest better treatment.

My baby is 2 months old and he awake whole night so when i am giving atarax to him he sleeps whole night without that he is not sleeping at night so is it safe giving atarax
