My baby turns 6months in 2days im breastfeeding but milk has reduced he wakes up night nd starts crying out of hunger What is best alernative shuld i give him Formula milk ,cows milk or buffalo milk

My son, 7 month old passing stool after every feed, stool is of liquid state   he is passing stool approx 10 times a day, he is getting weak, Too much concern about his health, Kindly suggest

My sister's daughter is of 3 years BT she does not speaks she used to speak some words BT 6 months before she stopped speaking she has stopped all the activities sits on a place she can spent her all day sitting or sleeping on that place she don't even eats food or drinks water we have to forcefully made her to eat if we force her to eat she womat out... Don't know how to handle her now she has loosen her most of the weight... Please give any suggestions how to handle her...
