Child Health Issues

Hello doctor!my 2.7yr old son vomited after drinking water in the morning...after that he was dull ....however gave two idly in the morning and in lunch gave him ganji waterand little rice...now he is got little fever....can you sugest whats happening

My baby boy 22 days old having vommitings after every feed my doctor suggested domstal syrup 0.5ml twice a day but still he is vommiting. Please help me.

My nephew 4 yr old says he is having a lot of stomach pain. He is having adenoids and had throat infection few weeks back. But his throat infection is cured now even though he is having adenoids and still says stomach pain and holds his stomach and sits down. We consulted doctor many times but we r not getting correct answer and cure for his stomach pain. We went to other doctor and said this might be due to gas and he gave a tablet. We used it but no use. Kindly advice how to proceed. I am from Hyderabad.
