My baby is 3months old and she is vomiting since few days in every feed and sometimes she spit watery substance..I am worried

Spit up or regurgitation is quite common among young infants. If your child is gaining weight adequately and is active playful with no other complaints then no worries. Otherwise need to evaluate. Propped up position and burping often helps to reduce the spit up. Warm Regards.
