4years boy having light fever, vomiting, body pain ,past 4days he suffering. Plz tel me

Currently baby 19 days and 1st baby No enough milk supply. Can i use lactim tablet. pls suggest is there any side effects . Some people telling that ib future it afects milk fr second baby .

My 2 year old kid have fever (102 F) from last 3 days, we went to a clinic and doctor initially gave Dolopar syrup in every 6 hours and a antibiotic Microcef for two times a day. Even after giving medicine for 3 days fever is coming back in every 5-6 hours, doctor now asked to change the Dolopar to meftal. I have given two dose of Meftal even but temperature is again coming back. Please help. Please suggest me.

My nephew has been diagnosed with purpura.It started with the joint pain and swelling.He has got rashes on his legs,lower back,pelvic area and swelling on his face.He also has complain of stomach pain and joint pain.He has undergone a series of blood test and kidney function test which has come out normal.Is there any specific treatment for this ? What are the precaution which we can take ? And any restrictions on diet?Are there any other symptoms that we should watch out for.?
