My daughter has running nose and cough from last 14 days. It started with cold, but cold has subsided. Running nose is still there. Its beginning of spring. May be allergy. How long will it last ?

My Niece Who is now 2 years 3 months now. Her History is she pre-matured baby (7.5moths), Our concern is that, till date She not walking and have very fearful always to walk. When we hold her hand start walk with her happily walk but the moment we leave her hand try to walk her on her won, she get scared and start crying. What Shld I do?
