Hi doctor my baby is 4months old she's on lactogen.these days shes having colic prblm my pedetrician suggested spascure 0.5ml 3 times dialy i burp her put her upright for 20 mins after every feed changed her bottle to anti colic still having issue..I'm worried abt taking medicine on dialy basis..Is it ok to use medicine on dialy basis..Plss help

My baby who is 3weeks old is being breast fed. She will be ok in the nights and early mornings. But sometimes mostly the second half of the day, she will never stop crying and fussy over being fed. She does not seem satisfied even after long feeding sessions. She was 3.7kg at birth, last week was 3.4kg. I don't see any gain since then. Is this a digestion problem or hunger problem or something else? Please help
