Baby having loose and sticky stools giving nizonide suspension and nutrolin-B 3ml both. Treatment given is proper ??? Or else suggest other treatment

My son 5yr old lossing weight now 11kgs goes for stool 6 to7 times a day and fr urine atleast 3 times in an hour mouth is red and cant eat little spice. Not intrested in eating anything
