My sons weight loss
My son 5yr old lossing weight now 11kgs goes for stool 6 to7 times a day and fr urine atleast 3 times in an hour mouth is red and cant eat little spice. Not intrested in eating anything

Give 2 milk feeds using a glass and 3-4 solid meals,including curd and Banana in the diet.
Stop bottle feeding,if given.
Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
Apply orasep lotion before meals for mouth ulcers.
If not improving in 3 days,consult your paediatrician for physical examination and investigation for further management.
