Dr plz can you give me some diet chart for 15 month baby and time interval between meals and also quantity

My child is 3.6 years old female. On 12/03/18 she got fever with cough, cold. So we consulted a child specialist and he given lanzopraqx, bestozym, atoz, tixylix, calpol, expect, refzol, pacimol etc and the fever suppressed. But again she got high fever from 21/03/18 with 103 fever. He suggested Moxclav antibiotic & Pacimol. The fever is going but coming after 4-5 hours. We are unable to understand the situation. All prescriptions & blood report attached Please suggest.

But em asking about formula milk too , if u please guide me as my son is having lactose intolerance and is gaining no weight , he is 2.5 years old and 12kgs weight , he takes French fries and rice and roti on solids too , but if u help a formula milk for him regarding lactose intolerance.

My 15 month baby can't digest food properly in a day she passes motions 7 to 8 times and was very smelly.if I give some bite size foods to vo motions me aise he nikalta h ek do bar me uska pet saaf nahe ho pata h I m giving her 5 to 6 times meals in a 24 hour period .I give banana khichdi Apple shake soups daliya oats halwa so what is not suiting her plz suggest.some diet chart and time gap between the meals.what can I give her for indigestion .

My kid 1yr 3 month's having hot head from morning. Yesterday she has drunk juice with ice tubes and also had more than 12 hr bus travel. Temperature is 98.8 f but head is very hot.

Mother of 15 months old son. My query is Can the pcv vaccine be given in 19th month? In 15 month he got mmr 2 dose and chicken 1 dose. Now the doc is suggesting to give him pcv in 19 month else he would have three vaccines in 18 month which is dtp, hepatitis A and pcv. Plz clear my doubt.
