I am using protienex in 8th month but my doctor Has not reccommend it .is it safe ??

Can I give zincovit for my 4th month baby,my baby weight is 7kg and how much ml can I give

The kid is 2.5 years old, she had vomitted couple of times 1 days back. since than she stopped eating rice, fruits . now she is able to eat 2 biscuits only. Not consuming milk. There is smell in urine and motion when passed. Also cold, Cough is there. Please help me on this. Thanks

My little one is 5 months old, recently he was suffering from viral infection and due to that had temperature in the range of 98.5 to 100.4 C. Doctor had put him on on Combiflam sos basis and Augmentin suspension for 5days. After passing 4 days on medication he has not passed stool for 3 days previously he used to pass stool daily,  his diet has gone down little not very drastic Chang in diet. I would like to know whether it is normal not passing stool for 3 days? Secondly, home remedies suggest that castor oil can be given in such conditions, please advise if castor oil can be given to a 5 months baby. Thank you
