Hi... may I know the present status of the child’s blisters?? It would be wonderful if u shared the pic of the blisters. Try applying a calamin lotion like calosoft over the blisters and make sure u cover the child fully since exposure may lead to increased itching. Bath the child daily. If there is itching or fever along with the blisters, kindly consult so i can help u out.

Apply calora  lotion for local application 3 times a day for 4 days If fever then give fever medicine also
