My 4 year old boy not talking please suggest what to do please suggest me .

My 2years old baby already gone from seizure one time and doctor have cured it but past 3days his fever is not going down the effect of medicine given by doctor only last long for 2hours then afterwards his top head starts to feel so hot ,doctor had given some tab also to prevent seizure but I'm so nervous right now should I take him to hospital his head is burning I have given paracetamol but its not working ?

My 18-month-old daughter is not able to pass stool. She is eating well and drinking water.

My son had complex febrile seizures in Jan 30th 2018.. now he is 1 year 6 months. He is on encorate. This month he has vaccination. I don't know whether to vaccinate him or not. I need doctor advice.

My 8 weeks old baby cried in pain after her vaccination.so I breastfed her after 10 minutes of vaccination.after I read in google that breastfed after 1 hour of rota virus vaccination otherwise it will not work and there will be side effects to the baby and harm the baby is it true
