Child Health Issues

Hi Dr, I did my beta hcg and kit test on 2nd April.. Since 3rd, i am having slight bleeding. It is sometimes dark brown, black or deep red. I was given susten 400 tablets to insert, DUPHASTON to eat and complete bed rest. The bleeding was reduced to zero for past 2 days. However, today i am having very bad stomach pain and the bleeding is very very less but in red colour. I am not sure what happened suddenly. Kindly help

Now what is the remedy for this. Moreover he is not able to take food,he hate to take food because he thinking that if food makes me vomited.
