Does mother's gas pass to baby through her milk? Do I need to be cautious about my gastric levels?

Hiii. My baby is three month old. She is sucking her hand always. I gave Breast milk to her. Is she satisfied with my breast milk or not.what should I give to her for this.

I have a 4.5 months daughter, she is not doing poo for last 8 days. She is exclusively on breastfeeding. Earlier also she has not done poo for almost 1 week after which it has done poo without any medicine, but now it has crossed 1 week mark. Her stomach is loose and passes gas without any smell. Please suggest any medicine so that she can pass stool.

Hi son, my son is 2 years old , but he is not taking proper diet and his weight is less according to normal baby , pls suggest me best medicine for him.

16 months kid having white stool, is it due to lactose milk ( toned packet milk or lactogen powder milk). When we are giving there is no problem but with lactose milk he is going white color stool. Please tell me the reason for the same. Is it digestion problem only or some infection.

Seen today Blood spot at navel of 10 days old infant even placenta drop 3 -4 days back. I have applied betadine solution..is it ok

10 days old infant..placenta have droped and navel was healing..yesterday i saw somw blood at navel area..does  it having any serious problem.
